This custom built, 4000 square foot, multi-level home was only finished a few years ago and is styled in a refreshing mountain modern design that offers a flexible floorplan which can handle a crowd or provide an intimate setting or both. The living area, which is located on the upper level, enjoys an Extrodinaire wood burning fireplace in a natural granite hearth with the 52” flatscreen positioned above, the 5.1 surround sound discretely in place, and a lengthy sectional sofa for friends to lounge. Plus there is a game table off to one side and two doors leading to the oversized deck. The views are fabulous and include both the meadow as well as the mountains of Squaw Valley. The dining table is large enough to comfortably seat 10 before adding extra chairs plus there is a bar counter along the kitchen with seating for 4. The dining area also has access to the main entertaining deck as well as a covered BBQ area. The gourmet kitchen with all the accoutrements one would expect overlooks the living area allowing the cooks to be part of the festivities. The bulk of the bedrooms are located on the middle level along with the laundry room and the separate family room. It is from this family room that you access the hot-tub which is located on its own covered deck for year ‘round enjoyment. The two car garage and stone entryway are on the lowest level, but not to worry about there being too many stairs, as there is a custom residential elevator that services the three main floors.
