  My husband and I were very pleased with the condo next to the river. It was wonderful to go to sleep hearing the Truckee river rushing by. We especialy enjoyed the walking/riding path that runs next to the condo and along the river. The condo had everything we could have asked. The only glitch was that the wifi signal was very weak and my husband had some computer work he had to do but, the little cafe across the road had free wifi and great food and coffee and this was a great solution for us.

  we had a wonderful stay in condo#14. The place was in great shape, loved the fireplace and the bed was really comfortable. Loved the view from the back porch of the river.
  
  We arrived after the rental office was closed and left before it opened so we never met the rental management staff. The keys were left in a very clearly marked envelope so the check in process was simple! Would definitely stay there again if we ever get back to the area.

  Nice stay. The appliances needed some adjustments, there were no dish towels, but all else was good. Easy location to get all around the north side. Apartment was spacious and right near the river.

  Everything was great. Kitchen utensils very well stocked, but definitely want to bring your own sugar, salt, pepper, and other condiments for cooking

  This is a one bedroom unit with the living room/kitchen of a 2+ bedroom. Plenty of room in the living room for all to relax. It is very conveniently located if you plan to ski at resorts other than just Alpine Meadows during your stay as it is right at the intersection of 89. No noise from 89 tough as the river provides wonderful background sounds. There is even a bus/shuttle that will take you to Squaw Valley. Tahoe City is very close for groceries, etc.

  Shady and cool inside, the property is on a river. Pretty good location. OK for cleanliness.

    This client probably was not pleased that we had to professionally clean the carpet and furniture, etc due to the large dog she brought with her. This condo is not "Pet Friendly." The cleaners found the large dog left alone inside the condo around noon on check-out day. Check out was 11 AM. In an attempt to mail receipts for these added charges, we found the address provided is invalid. The envelope was returned. We ask each client to report anything broken or not to their satisfaction when they arrive so we can remedy the issue right away. She did not call or walk across the street to the office. The condo was checked prior to her arrival and we found all to be in order. We continually would like to improve our services so if any clients have similar negative experiences, we would like to hear about them right away.

  I have been coming up to Alpine Meadows with my daughter for about ten years. We used to stay at Greg's River Run which is adjacent to unit 14 where we stayed this year. We were disappointed to hear it was no longer being offered but were thrilled to find there was an alternate option with the same features and location. Thanks again for the great experience!
